For your best experience, please use this procedure for pickup from the Chicago O’Hare and Midway International Airports:

Client Meet and Greet Instructions at O’Hare Airport:

To ensure that everything goes smoothly, please read the following regarding your Meet & Greet or Curbside Pickup: Meet & Greet Service (Inside Pickup): – Alerted Upon Landing: The moment your plane lands, your driver will be tracking your flight. He will be waiting for you inside the terminal. If your flight is late, don’t worry; you’re covered.
How to Find Your Driver: After you get your luggage from baggage claim, a person with a sign with your name on it will be waiting for you. Your chauffeur is at the baggage claim location of your airline. If you are coming in from the international terminal (Terminal 5), the sign carrier will be at the customs exit.
Finding Your Chauffeur: If you cannot find your chauffeur, please refer to your confirmation email/text and call the number within to reach our 24/7 dispatcher.
Help with Luggage: Your chauffeur is professionally trained to assist with luggage and walk you to your car in the correct staging area.
For Curbside Pickup Service:
- Arrival Notification:
Once your flight lands, please call or text your chauffeur directly or contact our dispatch team at the number provided in your confirmation email. - Luggage Collection:
- Proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage.
- Once you’ve retrieved your bags, notify the chauffeur that you’re ready for pickup.
- Meet at the Designated Terminal Pickup Area:
- Head to the outer lane of the arrivals curb (follow signs for Limo/Black Car pickup).
- Provide your chauffeur with your exact terminal and door number (e.g., Terminal 3, Door 5C). Look for signs to help identify the correct exit.
- Chauffeur Arrival:
Your chauffeur will arrive within 5–10 minutes of your call and will confirm the vehicle type and license plate for easy identification.
General Tips:
- Flight Delays or Early Arrivals: Don’t worry—our team monitors flight schedules in real-time to adjust pickup times accordingly.
- Vehicle Details: You will receive your chauffeur’s name, vehicle details, and contact information prior to your pickup.
- Patience with Traffic: Please allow a little extra time during peak hours as airport traffic can be heavy.

We’re excited to provide you with a smooth and seamless experience. Please follow these easy steps to meet your driver:
Step 1: After Landing
- Once your flight lands, please turn on your phone and check for any messages or calls from your driver.
- If you don’t see a message right away, don’t worry—your driver is monitoring your flight and will reach out soon!
Step 2: Collect Your Luggage
- Head to baggage claim to retrieve your checked luggage. (If you only have carry-ons, skip to Step 3.)
Step 3: Call or Text Your Driver
- Once you have all your belongings, call or text your driver at the number provided to let them know you’re ready.
- Your driver will confirm the pickup location and give you their exact vehicle description (make, model, and license plate).
Step 4: Exit to the Designated Pickup Area
- Follow the signs for “Arrivals” or “Passenger Pickup” to the designated curbside pickup zone.
- For Midway Airport, this is typically located outside of Door 2 outside the baggage claim level
Step 5: Look for Your Limousine
- Keep an eye out for your driver and vehicle—look for a personalized sign with your name.
- If you can’t spot your driver, don’t hesitate to call them for guidance.
